In compliance with Federal, State, and local health laws, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are accepted on anything that is worn on the head.
This is not for my benefit, but yours! Once the item has left my possession I cannot sell it to another customer and place any guarantees on it.  Comparable products typically sell for $20 and up..so at these prices, you are practically paying a wholesale cost.  With this in mind please understand that all sales are final.  At these low prices..it's a steal and to keep the prices this cheap I cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
